Serbians, don't travel to northern Italy! Foreign Ministry to issue coronavirus warning

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has advised Serbian citizens not to travel to regions designated by the Italian government as critical

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic says the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will today officially recommend to Serbian citizens not to travel to those Italian regions where coronavirus infections have occurred and where five people have already died, the daily Kurir writes.

"We recommend to the citizens of Serbia not to travel to regions that the government of Italy has designated as critical. And that recommendation will remain in force as long as the situation in that part of Italy is critical," Dacic said.

Italy's regions of Lombardy and Veneto are the worst affected by the virus that started in China and has so far killed 2,247 people, with more than 76,000 infected worldwide.

Otherwise, in Italy, the dangerous coronavirus has taken 5 lives, while more than 150 people have been infected.
