Coronavirus explodes in Croatia: 542 new cases, worst day since start of epidemic

In the last 24 hours, 542 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in Croatia, bringing the number of active cases in that country to 2,206.

Among them, 361 patients are hospitalized, of which 27 on ventilators.

One person died.

Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of coronavirus was recorded in Croatia, a total of 18,989 people have been confirmed to have it, of which 310 died, while 16,473 recovered, 165 of them in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 10,908 people in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 344,533 people have been tested, of which 5,939 in the last 24 hours.
