The state of Serbia has offered for sale 29 pieces of real estate in several cities and municipalities, and a complex in Ralja has the highest starting price of 746,000 euros, the Directorate for the Property of the Republic has announced.

In Ralja, which is part of the municipality of Sopot, several production and communal facilities are on offer, covering a total of more than 10,000 square meters, as well as land of almost five hectares.

An overhaul facility in Pirot is offered for 174,000 euros, while service and truck halls in that city have been valued at 167,000 and 141,000 euros respectively.

Starting prices of more than 100,000 euros are also attached to a complex in Selevac, and two properties in Belgrade.

Other state property offered for sale is located in Becej, Plandiste, Nis, Kragujevac, Ecka, Bajmok, Paracin, Arilje, Negotin, Razanj, Pozarevac, Gornji Milanovac, Soko Banja and in the territory of the municipality of Presevo. Family residential buildings in Bajmok and Pirot have the lowest starting prices, less that 2,000 and 1,500 euros, respectively.

The sale of this state-owned property is done by collecting written offers, which can be submitted to the Directorate for the Property of the Republic of Serbia by March 26, while the opening of bids is scheduled for March 29.
