Drama in Valjevo: Son reports father for violence, he tries to drink acid then throws it on police
The prosecutor ordered the liquid tested
Due to aggressive behavior, Dragan A. (62) from Valjevo was today reported to the police by his son.

The police immediately went to the scene, reports Pink.rs.
The father tried to drink what was most likely caustic soda in front of the police officers, and then spilled it on officer Marko O. who had tried to stop him, with the liquid catching him in the face and eye.
The prosecutor ordered the liquid sent for analysis. The policeman has burns and the degree of his injuries is being determined.
The father has been kept in the psychiatry ward. There have been no reports of previous cases of violence in this family.
