Ivan delighted the world with his art: His works reached both Mike Tyson and Snoop Dogg
"Every work is different even though the picture's the same, I notice a new detail every time," says the young pyrographer
The artist Ivan Djuric is one of the most successful pyrographers from these regions, while his works are widely talked about. His art has been well received around the world, since his creations have reached the famous boxer Mike Tyson, and the rapper Snoop Dogg.

Pyrography is an ancient technique of decorating wood with ember imprints, and in a conversation with RTS, Ivan spoke about his work.
"I usually did famous peopl like John Wayne, Emir Kusturica, Mike Tyson and now recently Snoop Dogg. That is satisfaction an of itself, that my works are with them, somehow that means more to me than maybe some money, and advertising is better," Ivan Djuric, a pyrographer from Uzice, said.
Ivan added that he has perfected pyrography over time.
"The process is very slow and does not allow for mistakes, although there is a lot of sanding, preparation of the wood itself, sketches and afterwards, protection of that wood... it takes about 15 days per image to be ready," said Djuric.
"Each work is different even though the picture the same, I notice a new detail every time, each is different, none is the same, because I always pay attention to some new detail and each one is better than the previous one," said the artist.
