Ruzic to the Crisis HQ: Better to allow graduation parties, than have students organize them

"Because on that day, children, whether we want to admit it or not, will mark it in some way, and it is better to define it than for them to do it on their own initiative in some other places, leading to some problems," said Ruzic

The Ministry of Education has asked the Crisis HQ to consider the possibility of allowing students to celebrate graduation in school yards, as in previous years, says Minister Branko Ruzic, adding that it is better to allow them to gather under those conditions than to organize parties themselves.

"Because on that day, children, whether we want to admit it or not, will mark it in some way, and it is better to define it than for them to do it on their own initiative in some other places, leading to some problems," Ruzic told TV Prva.

He pointed out that the decision will be made by the medical part of the Crisis HQ, and that he expects that the issue will be considered during next week.

"The most important thing is to preserve the health of the general population, and what is encouraging is that there are no registered infected people in the educational system," he said.
