Men from Vranje try to take 6 kilograms of heroin out of Serbia: They got caught at the border

At the exit from our country at the border crossing Batrovci members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the Border Police Administration found more than six kilograms of a powdered substance suspected of being heroin transported in an Audi, and arrested S.C., 56, the driver, and his passenger G.P., 49, both from Vranje.

While they were checking the car, the police found six kilograms and 284 grams of a substance suspected of being the narcotic drug heroin, packed in 27 packages, hidden in a specially made bunker in the back of the bumper.

On suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics, the suspects were detained for up to 48 hours and they will be brought before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Sremska Mitrovica with a criminal report.
