Petkovic congratulates Serb List candidate for mayor of Klokot: "Victory of Serb people"

Last night, the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, congratulated the Serb List candidate for mayor of Klokot Vladan Bogdanovic on his victory, saying that it was "a very important triumph for the Serb people staying and surviving in Kosovo and Metohija."

Petkovic wrote on Facebook that this is "the victory of the Serb people, the victory of Serbian harmony and unity, a victory for new jobs, new roads and investments!"

"We managed to preserve and defend our bulwark in Kosovo and Metohija and keep all 10 municipalities with a Serb majority in Serb hands. Thank you our people in Klokot, who showed a great degree of responsibility and awareness of the importance of the moment with the highest turnout (in second round of local elections) in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija," Petkovic wrote.

He stressed that the Serb List "has shown that it is the only one that truly stands for and fights for the Serbian national interest in Kosovo and Metohija, which is why it has the strong support of the Serb people in the province, but also the support of Belgrade, our President Aleksandar Vucic and the Office for Kosovo and Metohija."
