Horror near Loznica in western Serbia: Train hits migrant

A tragedy occurred in Gornja Koviljaca when a train hit into a man who, according to unofficial information, was moving along the Brasina-Loznica railway.

It is stated that the victim is a migrant who was moving in a group of his compatriots.

The accident happened this morning around 7:15.

"They were moving in a group, when they saw the train, they all managed to move away, that is, they escaped from the tracks, only one did not. He was hit by the train. He was admitted to the Surgery Ward and diagnostics are underway," a source from the investigation said earlier.

Authorities were conducting an investigation at the scene, and railway traffic was interrupted for more than an hour because of this tragedy.
