The police in Konjic in Bosnia and Herzegovina are investigating the case that happened on Friday, November 4, when they were informed by the Konjic Healthcare Center that F.N. (21) had been admitted with injuries inflicted on him by persons known to him.

When the police arrived, F.N. told them that C.N. (34) drove a car to the building "Bazeni" ("Pools") in the Luka Street in Konjic, where he was met by D.E. (35).

He then told the police that they immediately tied his hands and interrogated him over the alleged theft of deckchairs from a swimming pool, while striking him all over his body, reports Avaz.ba.

"Then they locked him in a water manhole and filmed everything with a mobile phone. After they pulled him out of the manhole, the victim took the opportunity to ran away from the scene. D.E. was immediately found by the police and apprehended, while C.N. is still being searched for. The Criminal Police in Konjic were informed about everything," the MUP (Interior Ministry) of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton has announced.
