During the continuation today of the trial of the criminal clan led by Veljko Belivuk, the accused witness Srdjan Lalic was presented with material in the form of police photo documentation of the premises at the stadium in Humska Street, Belgrade, but also of a house in the Ritopek suburban neighborhood.

Although the comments regarding the photos did not last for a long time due to an argument between a lawyer and the judge, Lalic managed to speak up about the murder of Lazar Vukicevic and how his DNA traces got left behind.

The judge pointed out that Lalic talked about how the murders, as well as the removal of traces, were very thorough, and she was interested in how it happened that these DNA traces remained.

"Even when the (meat) grinding machine was in the garage, foil was placed on the walls and the floors. And the edges of the machine were covered with foil. We did everything so that not a single drop of blood fell on the floor or a wall. Accidental omissions occurred. For example, Lazar Vukicevic's upper part was not well protected, and he was bleeding from the head and had long hair, so there could have been traces from him, before the destruction of the body," Lalic said, and added that he remembers how the trace was created during the murder of Vukicevic.

Lazar Vukicevic was murdered because Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljkovic suspected that he was "working against them," - that he was following them and preparing their murder in favor of the rival, (Montenegrin criminal) Skaljari Clan.

In communication that was intercepted on August 8, 2020, the members of the group organized themselves to create a "counter-escort" in order to determine who was monitoring from the window of a building near the Partizan stadium (in Humska Street, Belgrade), where they had their premises.

During the murder of Lazar, in Montenegro, Belivuk and Miljkovic kidnapped Milo Radulovic, aka Kapetan. Miljkovic actually sent messages to Lazar Vukicevic from his Sky phone, using the code name "Sven," to lure him to come to Ritopek.

He wrote to him to come "to flay the Boar", alluding to Belivuk. However, when he arrived to the house of horror, he was met by members of the clan, who then tortured and killed him. Allegedly, they first cut off his tongue, because he "talked about them a lot." In his testimony, the accused witness Srdjan Lalic described the murder of Lazar Vukicevic in detail, but did not mention the cutting off of the tongue.

According to Lalic's testimony, the place where Vukicevic was lured into was the parking lot in Radnicka Street, where Marko Miljkovic's best man, investor Mirko Kojic, who is officially still missing, had also been lured into.

"Nemanja Djuric picked him up at 8:30 pm. Vlade Draganic drove the three of us to the house in Ritopek to meet the others. He took out a pistol with a silencer. He put on the gloves and his function was to react if Lazar drew his weapon. Djuric looked for Vukicevic's Sky device and put it in a case that interferes with the range, and in that way he could not be registered at the base stations or provide an escort," he explained.

As the witness said, he was standing on the right side in the garage and was the first one to contact Vukicevic and kidnap him, while one of the Budimir brothers was there to assist him.

"Vukicevic got out of the vehicle near Milos Budimir's position. I started to approach, I did not see that Vukicevic was holding a gun in his right hand, covered by a backpack that was in his left hand. Milos Budimir hit him in the face, and he shot at Budimir. I overcame Lazar. He fell face down on the concrete, I was over him and I was holding his hand in which he was holding the pistol. I was telling them to react. Draganic did not react, but the others began to kick him and stomp on his head. He lost consciousness. When I felt that he was not holding the gun firmly, I took it. Soon Marko Budimir came. There was a large pool of blood around Lazar's head. We tied him with handcuffs, but they were Chinese and they broke, so they fell out while we were carrying him. We brought him in untied. Milos, outraged that he shot close to him, took a construction hammer and started hitting him on the fingers," Lalic added.

After that, they tied Vukicevic, and then brought him into a hidden room of the Ritopek house.

"Milos Budimir pushed a broom handle into Lazar Vukicevic's anus. Shortly after being brought into the room, Vukicevic regained consciousness. The interrogation began, he gave up the Sky code. In order to test it, we were hitting him with the electric cable I mentioned. He did not react to the blows. He was bleeding all the time from his head and hand and it seemed to me that he was in shock. He said that he joined the Skaljari Clan out of fear for his life. Everything lasted about two and a half hours. He was beaten with the cable. There was no reaction or wailing. A muscle would contract, but there was no other reaction, his sight was lost. We doused him with water from the hose to make him come back, and then, since the punches didn't work, we stopped him from breathing using water. He struggled, a few times he bit the hose to prevent the flow of water. We put him on a chair, Budimir hit him on the head with a shovel," the witness said.

Vukicevic, he continued, was extremely pale. At one point, his jaw opened, then his face contorted, and his pupils dilated. They don't know whether he was dead or alive, and so they wrapped the electric cable around his neck and everyone pulled to their side. There was no reaction, his face did not turn blue, so they assumed that Vukicevic was already dead.

"Just in case, Milos Budimir tied him to a chair. We spent the night in the house. In the morning, Vlade Draganic came and we destroyed the body, threw the contents into the river, and went home," the witness concluded.
