Residents of the area next to a forest on the border with Hungary, in northern Serbia, have reported hearing sporadic shooting during the night.

It intensified earlier in the morning, around 6 o'clock, when Makova Sedmica and Treset again met the dawn, not with the chirping of birds, but with the sounds of gunshots, and as reported by citizens, there was also shooting from automatic weapons.

This is recorded in a video that a citizen posted on social networks around six o'clock this morning. Gunshots can be heard in the video.

Citizens also report that it was noticed that several ambulances went to the forest, but for now we do not have any more information about any injuries, or what law enforcement authorities are actually doing in there.

A little over a week ago, after another round of shooting, the police entered the forest in large numbers and prevented further conflicts. The official epilogue of that incident was three injured persons, but nothing more was officially announced.

On the same day, the police found and relocated more than a hundred migrants from this forest belt to reception centers, but also from several others near the town of Subotica.

Regardless of the work of the police and the removal of migrants, citizens are uploading videos every day that show taxis arriving in large numbers, as usual, bringing migrants practically to the very entrance to the forest, where they then coordinate their actions themselves.

That is why there were a lot of posts over the weekend showing that migrants are entering the large forest without any obstruction.
