President Aleksandar Vucic assessed that Prime Minister of Pristina's provisional institutions Albin Kurti will use the mechanisms of the Council of Europe (CoE) to file lawsuits against Serbia.

During a visit to the Air Force and Air Defense units at the Batajnica airport, Vucic stated that Kosovo is not a recognized entity in the United Nations system and that Kurti cannot raise legal issues before the International Criminal Court, and someone would have to do it on their behalf.

"Kurti is now threatening to do so, because of what Dora Bakoyannis and the Western countries have made possible for him through the Council of Europe," said Vucic, RTS reported.

According to him, Kurti will use the institutions within the CoE to file legal claims against Serbia and this is part of a massive plan for attacks on the Serb people and Serbia.

Commenting on the statements coming from some ministers from Bosnia and Herzegovina about a resolution regarding Srebrenica, which is being prepared for the UN General Assembly, Vucic said that he had no problem paying tribute to the victims from the ranks of the Bosniak people, whom he loves and respects.

"I went to bow down, and you (they) showed me gratitude by wanting to lynch me," Vucic recalled his visit to Potocari several years ago.

Vucic said that some people are insisting on that resolution because of the legal and political consequences of the document, rather than in order to recognizue that a terrible crime took place there and a display regret and humanity.

Speaking abou the decision to make Milos Vucevic Serbia's PM-designate, Vucic assessed that he is "an honorable man" and that the same"insults" would have come from the opposition if he had nominated anyone else.

Speaking on Sunday, Vucic congratulated Easter to those who were celebrating that holiday (Serbia's majority Orthodox Christians will do that on May 5), with wishes for peace, happiness, well-being and good health.
