For the first time after 7 days of searching for Danka Ilic (2), who disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje, there was no police patrol at the intersection at the entrance to the village, says our reporter at the scene.

She added that this morning there were no police officers who have been ID'ing citizens in the center of the settlement in front of the buildings during the past days.

Although there are no policemen, two ambulances and two police vans are parked there. Until now, the police were on duty around the clock at the entrance to Banjsko Polje, but this morning that is not the case, explains our reporter.

The situation is fairly calm in front of the house where 2-year-old Danka disappeared However, also quite different. The settlement is deserted and quiet, there are no people, and there is a police vehicle on duty in front of the house, as before.

Our reporters says that the police are still searching through the neighborhood, but that overall it is quite calm.

Danka's mother told the police that the toddler disappeared as she turned away to give a drink of water to her other child, and the search has been ongoing since that day.

A clue that brought the whole of Serbia and the region to its feet arrived from Vienna - a video showing a little girl who resembles Danka, accompanied by two Romanian women.

A Telegraf.rs team is currently in Vienna, and last night they visited the spot where the video was taken.
