President Vucic: Blockades of vital facilities will never be allowed

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said last evening that the "blockaders" will not be allowed to block any facility of vital importance and added that he was shocked by the initial stance taken by the prosecution, that those who violated the law were not guilty.
"You will never occupy the airport, everyone (who tries) will be arrested, we will not allow any of the vital facilities to be blocked - Kolubara, TENT (power plant), Gazela for three days, never again, people themselves will not allow it anymore, enough with the harassment," Vucic told TV Informer.
He added that he is the president of all citizens, including those who refer to him as a murderer and drug dealer, and that he must care about them as well.
"I have to care of them, too, l and understand the misconceptions theyhave arrived at because of the horrid propaganda," said Vucic.
He apologized to TV Informer because of this outlet's journalist was attacked (during protests) and pointed out that he was shocked by Tuesday's incident in Zemun.
"I watched, I saw it and I was shocked by the initial reaction of the Prosecutor's Office, I was shocked back at the beginning when those who broke the law and ran amok were treated as not guilty, it became trendy, it took months for justice-loving people to see it," said Vucic.
He added that he regretted saying at a press conference that nobody would be pardoned.
"I said it, it doesn't matter, if they ask, I can say, these are our children, so I could help after all, disregard my word in order to save lives and careers because they (those prosecuted) would not be able to get a job easily, it would remain a stain for the rest of their lives, I don't understand why they do that," said President Vucic.
