Vucic meets with Huawei delegation: Serbia remains open to investments contributing to digital transformation

President Aleksandar Vucic met today with a Huawei delegation and pointed out that the meeting was extremely useful and concrete, an opportunity to confirm that Serbia is committed to strengthening the digital infrastructure in the country and improving technological capacities.

In a post on Instagram, the president also wrote that special attention during the meeting with the high-ranking delegation from Huawei - a global leader in the field of information and communication technologies - was paid to cooperation with Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"I am convinced that this cooperation will bring concrete benefits to our citizens, create new jobs and encourage innovation in our digital ecosystem," Vucic stated.

He also stressed that Serbia remains open to investments that improve our technological infrastructure and contribute to our goal of digital transformation.
