First Deputy PM Sinisa Mali: Citizens across Serbia showed that they want to live normal lives

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali says that last night, citizens across Serbia showed that they want to live normal lives, study, work, and move freely.
"People want Serbia to progress, they want peace and stability, not blockades, violence and uncertainty that the 'blockaders' have been creating with their actions for months," Mali wrote on his Instagram account.
Gatherings of citizens who oppose the blockades and want to be able to go to school, work, and move freely were held last night throughout Serbia, and they announced new gatherings for Saturday.
These rally were held, among others places, in Loznica, Pozarevac, Leskovac, Vranje, Becej, Pancevo, Subotica, Bor, Odzaci, Stara Pazova, Sid, Kovin, Beocin, Srbobran, Zabalj, Kikinda, Apatin, Sombor, Zrenjanin, Kanjiza, Indjija, Plandiste, Vrbas, Secanj, Titel, Kula, Ruma, Pecinci, Sombor, Bac.
According to the Interior Ministry (MUP) estimate, a total of 31,000 people participated in the gatherings, while the BIA agency put the number at 34,000 people.
Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said that no incidents were reported from any of the rallies.
