Mystery along Morava Corridor route: 6 suspicious objects found, MUP's counter-sabotage teams expected

Six hand grenades have been found on the bank of the Zapadna Morava River in Grdica near Kraljevo, on what Telegraf.rs has learned is part of the future route of the Morava Corridor.

The explosive devices are currently located in the place where they were found.

According to the available information, the grenades have been properly marked, but are not secured by the police, instead the competent services are still awaited to remove them.

It is still not known how the devices got to this location or whether they originate from the wars in the 1990s, which will be discovered by further investigation and analysis.

It is expected that the counter-sabotage teams from the Ministry of Interior of Serbia (MUP) will go to the scene and safely remove the explosive devices, after which additional checks of the area will be carried out.

Until then, citizens are advised to be careful when moving along this part of the river bank.
