President Aleksandar Vucic and Chinese Ambassador Li Ming discuss details of upcoming meeting with Xi Jinping

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met today with Chinese Ambassador Li Ming, with whom he discussed the details and priorities of the agenda of his upcoming meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as other topics of mutual interest.

"An excellent meeting with the ambassador of the People's Republic of China. In a cordial and friendly conversation, we discussed the details and priorities of the agenda of my upcoming meeting with President Xi Jinping, as well as other topics of mutual interest," Vucic wrote on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav" after the meeting with Ambassador Li Ming.

He stated that he emphasized that Serbia and China continue to develop cooperation in the field of infrastructure, energy and trade, but also strongly rely on each other when it comes to preserving peace, stability and mutual support at the international level.

"I reiterated my gratitude for China's consistent support and pointed out that relations between the two countries are an example of sincere friendship and trust, a foundation on which joint projects of benefit to both peoples will also be built in the future," President Aleksandar Vucic added.
