Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met today with US Congressman Eric Swalwell and on that occasion pointed out that Serbia is committed to promoting a positive future-oriented agenda in relations with the US, as well as focusing on the development of economic, but also other forms of mutually beneficial cooperation.

"A good and meaningful conversation with Congressman and member of the Serbian Congressional Caucus Eric Swalwell about bilateral relations between Serbia and the US. We exchanged opinions about current regional and global issues, as well as modalities for strengthening cooperation on the political and economic level, as well as in other areas of mutual interest," Vucic stated in a post on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav".

The president expressed his gratitude for the continuous support from the US regarding the process of Serbia's EU integration and added that economic cooperation between the two countries is developing intensively, primarily through increasing investments by US companies, especially in sectors of strategic importance for the further economic growth of Serbia.

"The Republic of Serbia is committed to promoting a positive future-oriented agenda in its relations with the US, as well as focusing on the development of above all economic, but also other forms of mutually beneficial cooperation," President Aleksandar Vucic concluded.
