Ivica Dacic attends Berlin Process Conference in London

Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic will today participate in the Berlin Process conference of ministers of interior affairs, which is being held in London.

This year's conference is organized by the United Kingdom, with participation of ministers of interior affairs from the region, the Serbian Ministry of Interior (MUP) has announced.

The ministers will discuss improvement of regional cooperation in strengthening borders and suppressing irregular migration and activities of organized criminal groups.

Also, the ministers will discuss strengthening of mechanisms for protection of women and girls in the digital age, fight against serious and organized crime, especially cocaine and firearms trafficking, corruption, as well as prevention of illegal money flows.

The Berlin Process conference of interior minsters has been held since 2014 with the aim of strengthening regional cooperation, encouraging regional development and providing support for EU integration of the region, the Serbian MUP announced.
