Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is visiting Uzbekistan
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is as of today on an official visit to Uzbekistan, that will last until October 31.
While in Uzbekistan he will meet with his counterpart, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
After the meeting, the two officials will attend the signing of a number of bilateral documents, according to a statement issued by the Serbian president's press service.
The visit will include separate meetings between Vucic and chairperson of the Senate of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva and other high-ranking officials of that country, as well as with representatives of large companies that are interested in investing in Serbia.
As part of this official visit, President Vucic will participate in the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference, taking place in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
