A BMW was destroyed in a serious traffic accident that occurred this morning around 06:00 on the New Obrenovac Road, near Umka, in suburban Belgrade.

As can be seen in photos and videos taken at the scene, the BMW crashed into a truck, but lucky for its driver, he emerged from the experience only with cuts to his face.

According to eyewitnesses, a BMW had allegedly been seen just before the accident, drawing attention because of "completely insane and aggressive driving."

"He was causing chaos on the road! Overtaking, cutting off, braking, then speeding again... We all waited for something to happen," said one of the drivers who was on the road at the time.

According to him, the BMW driver very narrowly avoided collision several times.

But ultimately, the reckless driving ended with the car crashing head-on into the truck. And then came a video that left people aghast.

In the footage posted on the Instagram account srbija.sad, the BMW driver can be seen laughing while explaining how the crash happened:

"I don’t know, man... I hit, I mean - this truck hit me. Keep it up bro!"

The accident occurred on a long straight stretch of road where drivers tend to engage in speeding. Locals are saying that accidents are frequent in this area.
