Strategic partnership reaffirmed: Minister of foreign affairs of Serbia meets with UAE Ambassador

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Marko Djuric met on Wednesday in Belgrade with Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Serbia Ahmed Almenhali.

During the meeting, the interlocutors "reaffirmed the comprehensive strategic partnership, cooperation and friendly bonds between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates," Djuric stated in a post on Instagram.

According to the minister, he and the ambassador also discussed further steps in the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding for political consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries.

This important document was recently signed in Abu Dhabi by the head of Serbian diplomacy and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
