Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Friday spoke from Kazakhstan, where he on Thursday and today held important talks on cooperation in several areas between the two countries.

During his address, Vucic also spoke about the condition of Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, whois suffering from bilateral pneumonia and has been hospitalized.

"I am very worried about Ivica Dacic's condition, everything else is going well," said Vucic.

"Tonight, as soon as I land (in Belgrade) I will visit him in to the hospital. We're afraid there's something else we can't see. I want to see tonight if he has been waking up at all and how it goes. I wish and pray to God that he recovers. The situation is not simple," the president added.

The assistant Director of Pulmonology at the Clinical Center of Serbia, Spasoje Popevic - who is in charge of Dacic's treatment - gave an update this morning..

"For now, he is stable, intensive treatment measures are continuing and he spent the night peacefully," said the doctor.
