Man stabs city bus driver in front of passengers, then tries to KILL him with his CAR! Horror in Belgrade

Last night a bloody confrontation took place in the Brace Jerkovic settlement in Belgrade, in which Marko K. (44), a GSP driver, was injured.

After the incident, the attacker left his car and walked away in an unknown direction.

The horror that took place last night disturbed citizens in the Vozdovac municipalty. According to information we obtained, a verbal conflict over the right of way escalated into a physical attack and then into an attempt to drive over the victim.

Clash started at bus stop

It all started when the city bus, traveling on route 18, stopped at a bus stop for passengers to get off. At that moment, the driver of a Citroen blocked the way in front of the bus, making it impossible for it to move.

After a short verbal argument, the Citroen driver approached the bus driver's window and stabbed Marko K. twice in the arm.

Attempt to run victim over and collision

Despite his injuries, the enraged bus driver got out of the vehicle and kicked the attacker's car. Then the situation almost turned deadly.

The driver of the Citroen suddenly stepped on the gas in order to run Marko K. over.

Fortunately, he missed the bus driver, but because of the speed at which he was traveling, he lost control and crashed into a parked vehicle.

After the collision, the aggressive driver abandoned his car at the scene and fled on foot.

Condition of victim

Marko K. was rushed to the Military Medical Academy (VMA) in an ambulance, where he received treatment. The extent of his injuries has not yet been officially confirmed, but according to initial information, his life is not in danger.

"It was terrible, there was shouting, and then the car hit another hard. The driver just ran and disappeared in the dark before the police arrived," one of the eyewitnesses told our portal.

The police carried out an investigation and are intensively searching for the driver of the Citroen, whose identity is known to the law enforcement thanks to him abandoning the vehicle.
