A judge for preliminary proceedings of the Higher Court in Belgrade on June 12 decided to extended the detention for the suspect Veselin Milic, which according to that decision can last for a maximum of 30 days.

Milic's detention was extended for legal reasons prescribed by the provisions of Article 498 paragraph 1 in relation to Article 211 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. due to special circumstances that indicate that the suspect, in the event of being released, might destroy, hide, alter or falsify evidence or traces of a criminal offense.
