Another HEATWAVE to hit Serbia starting from this date
The weekend ahead will be sunny and very pleasant in Serbia. It will be moderately warm and much more comfortable at night. It is also forecast to be windy.
There will be moderate to strong northwesterly wind, with gusts in the northern province of Vojvodina and in the east of Serbia.
Maximum temperatures will range from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius, in Belgrade from 26 to 28 degrees, which is the average for early July.
Next week will being changeable weather, with sunny and cloudy spells. Occasionally, that will turn into thunder and showers.
It will be hot on Monday with temperatures up to 33, but only for a short time, given that on Tuesday and Wednesday the weather will cool by 5 to 7 degrees, while in the middle of the week, in some places, temperatures will drop below 25 degrees.
Towards the end of the week, they will start rising.
According to current forecasts, Serbia will be hit by a new heatwave after July 11, with temperatures ranging from 30 to 35 degrees, with over 35 degrees expected in mid-July.
The first two days of this weak brought the peak of the previous heatwave. Temperature in Subotica and Kikinda in the north reached a historical high of 41°C, for the month of June.
This was followed by cooler weather, showers and thunderstorms, and temperatures dropping by some 15 degrees.
