Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic was fined after his epic match against Felix Auger-Aliassime in the quarterfinals of Wimbledon, which he won after 5 hours and 15 minutes of play, progressing to the semifinal where he will face Jannik Sinner.

The reason for the fine was, "audible obscenity".

Despite the fact that the organizers did not specify exactly when this happened, Djokovic will have to pay about 6,500 euros.

It is assumed that the moment that the organizers referred to happened during Djokovic's game against Roman Safiullin of Russia, in the fourth round, when he cursed in Serbian during a break in the third set.

Be that as it may, this will not distract the Serbian ace as he prepares for the match against Jannik Sinner on Friday. Wednesday is a day of rest and recovery.

Several other participants in the tournament this year have also been fined due to various transgressions.
