President Aleksandar Vucic said today during a tour of the EXPO construction site in Surcin that elections will be held in October or November and that he believes that responsible policies will continue in Serbia.

When asked by a Chinese journalist whether he thinks that elections will affect the bilateral cooperation between Serbia and China and the joint projects between the two countries, Vucic said that he believes in the ironclad friendship.

"I believe that lately, thanks to President Xi, we have established a strong friendship between China and Serbia in the true sense of the word, and that no one can destroy it. On the other hand, we will have elections either in October or November, and I believe that we will have a continuation of responsible policies. That's all I can say," Vucic said during a tour of the works that he took together with Chinese ambassador Li Ming.
