YOUNG WORKER DIES IN BELGRADE after falling from 5th floor onto passing trolleybus!

30-year-old S.S. lost his life in a serious accident that happened in Belgrade today, when he fell from the fifth floor of a building directly onto the roof of a trolleybus, Telegraf.rs has learned.

The accident happened as S.S. was working to install external lighting on the building. According to unofficial, as he was hanging from the fifth floor, a trolleybus was passing through the street.

According to eyewitnesses, the vehicle's rear view mirror caught the rope with which the man was secured, as a result of which S.S. lost his footing and fell from a great height onto the roof of the trolleybus.

One of the eyewitnesses who happened to be on the street at the time of the tragedydescribed the shocking details:

"It all happened in a split second, no one even had time to shout out. The trolley was passing along the street when a sharp, loud sound was heard - the rear view mirror had caught a rope hanging from the building. The next thing I saw was a terrible fall onto the roof of the vehicle. The trolley stopped immediately, shocked passengers ran outside, but the unfortunate young man could not be saved. Soon the firemen arrived to carry him down... The scene was horrific."

All that the doctors who arrived at the site could do was pronounce the man dead.
