THIEF CAUGHT ON CAMERA STEALING €15,000 FROM SAFE! Movie-like robbery in Obrenovac exchange office

Last night, a brazen robbery took place in an exchange office in the suburban Belgrade municipality of Obrenovac, when 15,000 euros were taken from a safe. The owner immediately offered a monetary reward for any information that could lead to the identification and arrest of the perpetrator.

This was recorded by security cameras, and a dramatic video of the robbery was soon published on the popular Instagram page "192.rs".

The video clearly shows the moment the thief approaches the exchange office. He wore a cap to to hide his face and brought a crowbar, which served as his main tool. The footage further shows the thief approaching safe, using a crowbar to force it open, and then collecting the money - a total of 15,000 euros in cash - after which he disappeared in an unknown direction.

The desperate owner of the exchange office is appealing to the public and asking citizens who recognize the man from the video, or who have any information about this robbery, to come forward immediately. For any information that turns out to be correct and helps locate the brazen thief, the owner guarantees a cash reward.

The police immediately conducted an investigation, collecting fingerprints and footage from surveillance cameras, and the investigation and search for the perpetrator are ongoing.
