Temperatures to drop to ZERO degrees in these areas of Serbia as of next week

Serbia is expecting summer weather and that will continue until the end of this week, and then a significant change will follow.

Until then, maximum temperatures will range from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius, in the southeast of the country up to 32°C. Given that the average maximum temperature for this time of year is between 22 to 26 °C, that comes to 5-7 degrees higher.

On Friday morning, rain and showers are expected in the north of Serbia's northern Vojvodina province, in the afternoon, also in the southwest of the country.

During the weekend, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places.

Early next week, a significant change in weather and cooling is expected, along with rain, showers and thunder, with a strong northwest wind and a drop in air temperatures by more than 10 degrees.

From Tuesday, temperatures in the north and west of Serbia will be lower than 20 degrees Celsius.

After the rain stops, the mornings will be very cool. It will be the chilliest on the higher-lying mountains, where the temperature will go below zero.

According to current forecasts, mid next week, the minimum morning temperature on Mt. Kopaonik will be 0°C, while the maximum daily temperature will hover around 5 degrees.

The summer-long heatwave continued in Serbia into early and mid September, with temperatures reaching over 30 degrees.
