His mother Mirzana sent her son to the regular school but she was worried that no one there knew sign language.

The teacher was trying for some time to communicate with him, but since nothing worked, she taught the class the basics of sign language in just three months.

Zejd's teacher hopes that sign language will become a part of the curriculum because it helps young children, and they in turn become aware of this disability.

- We are all happy because we learned another language. Our goal now is to teach Zejd to read lips. He is a good and happy child - stated his teacher.
