Foreign investors can count on Serbia’s support

Opening the summit in Belgrade's Sava Center, Vucic pointed to the importance of exchange of experiences in cooperation between cities, noting that Belgrade and entire Serbia are ready to learn from others.

- We will try to implement positive experiences of other cities so that we could achieve the standards in Belgrade and other Serbian cities which they have already reached, Vucic said.

He noted that participants from Serbia would present some of their projects and added that the summit offers a chance to learn, for instance, how Warsaw adopts energy efficiency programs, how Skopje administration is functioning with success and how Zagreb became the green capital.

We can learn a lot from such experienced mayors who have managed to change their cities and countries, Vucic said and added that the meeting in Belgrade offers a good chance for talks on regional ties and stability.
