Dacic at meeting of Regional Cooperation Council in Tirana

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will attend the annual meeting of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and a meeting of foreign ministers of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), which will be held in Tirana on May 22-23

The RCC annual meeting is jointly organized by the Council and the Republic of Albania, as chair of the SEECP.

The meeting will consider and evaluate progress made in implementing The Strategy and Work Programme 2014-2016 of the RCC, as well as the Strategy for South Eastern Europe by 2020.

Also, the annual meeting will be an opportunity to exchange views on general developments in the region and the role of the Regional Council in promoting cooperation at the regional level.

A formal meeting of foreign ministers of the SEECP marks the end of Albania's presidency, which will be taken over by Bulgaria.
