Company from the Emirates becomes the owner of 68 percent of the Belgrade Waterfront

The UAE is paying the acquired stake in the joint venture by 68 percent, according to a decision on the increase of the capital of Belgrade Waterfront, announced the Business Registers Agency (APR) on its website

 The company Belgrade Waterfront Capital Investments from the UAE has paid a cash capital of 2.64 million dinars (about 22,000 euros) in the joint venture Belgrade Water Ltd.

Thereby, it gained a share in the joint venture by 68 percent, according to a decision on the increase of the capital of Belgrade Waterfront, announced the Business Registers Agency (APR) on its website.

The cash capital was paid on August 6, and APR registered it on 10 August.

On the APR website it states that the Republic of Serbia owns 32 percent of the joint venture "Belgrade Waterfront", founded on July 24 last year, with one million dinars subscribed capital.
