HORRIFYING: In Hungary they feed refugees like animals (VIDEO)

The recording shows about 150 people fighting over sandwiches that Hungarian police officers, wearing helmets and hygienic masks, are throwing to them in a fenced area in the spacious lobby

In the chaotic mass were women and children, while hungry people were frantically trying to get a hold of bread flying through the air.

Many who were too far away from the crowd to get to the food climbed on the railing, waving and shouting to draw the attention of police.

WE ARE READY FOR ANYTHING, JUST TO GET AWAY FROM THE WAR: Here’s what refugees seeking a better life had to say!

- It's as if they are feeding animals in a pen, like Guantanamo in Europe - said the Austrian Aleksander Špricendorfer who  released a recording that was made by his wife Mihaela late yesterday on YouTube, which quickly spread on social media networks and had more than 20, 000 views this morning.

Guantanamo is United States' notorious prison where, according to the charges, prisoners were tortured, reminds the French agency.

Špricendorfen, who is a member of the Vienna City Council from the ranks of the Austrian Green Party, said that he came to the the camp in Roskam to bring food, clothes and medicines to help thousands of refugees surging across the border.

As he explained, while talking with a volunteer from the Red Cross, his wife was watching the feeding scene unfold and decided to tape it.

Earlier this week, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) criticized the harsh conditions in the camp in Roskam, while the stubborn attitude of Hungary to respect migrants angered other EU member states, according to AFP.
