Entry to Kosovo is possible only with special permit: The reason is coronavirus pandemic

Previously, citizens outside of Kosovo were banned from accessing that territory, the reason being the coronavirus pandemic

The Pristina government has revised its previous decision and now allows entry into Kosovo territory to citizens who found themselves outside of it or are living abroad - but only with a special permit issued by competent departments.

These citizens are allowed access to Kosovo territory with special permit from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment, after consultations with the ministries of health and foreign affairs, the Pristina government said.
