The waterspout, they say, was affected by the heat from the sea and an incoming unstable air mass.
"It was massive. It lasted about ten minutes. Scenes like this are most common in the autumn, but obviously atmospheric conditions were favorable for the emergence of this fascinating meteorological phenomenon," a source, introduced as a "storm chaser," told the portal.
