This always happened in the past based on a joint agreement between Pristina and Belgrade and the consent of all relevant institutions involved - states the response of the OSCE Media Office

The Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Kosovo and Metohija will collect ballots for Serbian elections to be held on April 3, if the governments in Belgrade and Pristina reach an agreement on holding these elections in Kosovo and Metohija.

The OSCE mission has told the Albanian Post that they have been collecting ballots since the 2012 elections, but that they have always done that with the support of Pristina institutions, including the Kosovo police.

"This always happened in the past based on joint agreements between Pristina and Belgrade and the consent of all relevant institutions involved," states the response of the OSCE Media Office sent to the Albanian Post.

Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti said earlier that there should be an agreement with Belgrade in order to enable the holding of the April 3 vote in Kosovo and Metohija, that will elect Serbia's next National Assembly, and the country's president.
