Latest election results: SNS-43.16%, SPS-11.61, UZP-13.34; Vucic 58.96%, Ponos 18.01%

The polls closed on Sunday evening at 8 pm and the first preliminary results are expected on Monday at 8 pm, the Serbian Election Commission (RIK) announced

The RIK announced last night that the majority of polling stations in Serbia had been closed, that the first full preliminary results of elections will be announced at 8 pm, and that until then the results can be followed on a web presentation.

"Everyone who was at the polling station at 8 pm was allowed to vote. The Election Commission will announce the preliminary election results tomorrow at 8 pm, and in the meantime, the results will be available on a web presentation on the website of the Republic Election Commission," Election Commission President Vladimir Dimitrijevic told a press conference.

According to that presentation, when it comes to the presidential elections, 92.71 percent of polling stations were processed by 9 o'clock this morning.

These preliminary results show that Aleksandar Vucic won 2,054,211  (58.96%), followed by:

- Zdravko Ponos - 627,440 (18.01%)

- Milos Jovanovic - 206,433 (5.92%)

- Milica Djurdjevic Stamenkovski - 148,908 (4.27%)

- Bosko Obradovic - 153,827 (4.42%)

- Biljana Stojkovic - 108,925 (3.13%)

- Branka Stamenkovic - 70,530 (2.02%)

- Misa Vacic- 30,563 (0.88%)

When it comes to the parliamentary elections - based on 92.29 percent of polling stations, the results show:- "Aleksandar Vucic - Together we can do anything" list has won 43.16%

- "Ivica Dacic-Prime Minister" - 11.61%

- SVM - 1.67%

- SRS - 2.17%

- "Ujedinjeni za pobedu" - 13.34%

- "Nada za Srbiju" - 5.34%

- Zavetnici - 3.75%

- "Muftijin Amanet" - 0.92%

- "Moramo" - 4.48%

- Suverenisti - 2.26%

- Dveri - 3.86%

- Zajedno za Vojvodinu - 0,63 %

- SDA Sandzak - 0,57 %

- "Ajmo ljud"i - 1,66 %

- "Alternativa za promene" - 0,09 %

- Koalicija Albanaca - 0,28 %

- "Otete bebe Ana Pejic" - 0,81 %

- Romska Partija - 0,17 %

- Ruski manjinski savez - 0,25 %

In Serbia, the majority of polling stations were closed at 8 pm and the counting of votes began. Citizens were able to vote for the president of the Republic, people's deputies in the Assembly, as well as for local assemblies in Belgrade, Bor and 12 other municipalities.

6,502,307 voters had the right to vote in the presidential and parliamentary elections. For about 100,000 voters from the area of ​​Kosovo and Metohija, voting in the elections was organized in the nearest municipalities in central Serbia.
