President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said today that Prime Minister of the provisional institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti made the decision to ban the Serbian dinar in Kosovo and Metohija with the aim of ethnically cleansing the Serb population from Kosovo and Metohija, or, as it says in the Genocide Convention, to "deliberately subject (Serbs) to abnormal living conditions."

In his address to the public, he said that Pristina cannot calm down and realize that dialogue is important and that we must have it, because Kosovo is an unrecognized state.

"The problem is that Kurti refers to them being an independent state that can do that, on the other hand it is clear that they are not," said Vucic.

He recalled that from the first Brussels agreement to all subsequent ones and the EU statute, the most important norm contained in those documents is that Serbia has the right to finance certain activities.

"Healthcare, education, pensions for the Serb population, which should have been provided through ZSO (Community of Serb Municipalities), but the Albanians never wanted to participate in its financing," said Vucic.
