In 1999, around 11o’clock, Marko Kasnjeti stopped a vehicle "Yugo 55" that the indemnified party was in, ordered them to get out of the vehicle, searched them, took their personal documents, money and other valuables, hit one of them with the rifle butt on the head, and tied their hands with a rope according to the indictment
