A few days ago, doctors at the Belgrade hospital "Dr Dragisa Mišović" had one of the most bizarre interventions in their careers when they had to separate three gays who were "stuck" in  love ecstasy during their gang bang!

These unfortunate men experienced spasm or contraction of the anus in the midst of consensual sex, after which they had no way to separate themselves so they had to  call an ambulance, writes Informer.

- Three naked, sweating and gasping men were lying on the bed, glued to one another, without being able to move. It was truly the most interesting scene we've seen in our careers - tells a nurse from the hospital to Informer.

- They lay there glued to the bed, totally helpless, lucky for us that our male colleagues were strong enough to lift them up out of bed and down the stairs. we had to wrap them up in blankets and transfer them over to the ambulance like that. The problem is that in such situations there is only one remedy - to give injections that relax the muscle spasm and only then the muscles relaxes - she says.

The most famous sexologist Savo Bojovic said to Informer that spasm during sex can happen to anyone, especially people who are otherwise prone to muscle cramps.

- In medicine, this phenomenon is called "vaginismus" and denotes a cramp or spasm of the vagina. It can be rectified only if the woman is injected with a spasmolytic -  he says.
