In the meantime, The Tribunal asked of Serbia to arrest and extradite Seselj; however, since this did not happen, Seselj will not be present when the verdict is pronounced.

This verdict will be trial and he will have the right to appeal.

THE HAGUE HATES SERBS: Commotion in the Hague Tribunal for the blackmailing of Serbia to return Seselj!

Prosecution office claims that Seselj used hate speech and propaganda during the period 1991-1992 in order to drive the Croats from the city of Vukovar and the village of Hrtkovci.

When dealing with the crimes in the cities of Zvornik, Mostar, Nevesinje, Bosanski Samac, Brcko and Sarajevo, according to the prosecution office, Seselj "supported and called for crimes" because he recruited, indotrinated, and sent his followers to perform crimes against non-Serbian peoples.

His words, allegedly, spiked the drive of tens of thousands of non-Serbian residents and the murder of 905 people, including one newborn child.

The accusation puts the following against Seselj: exodus of non-Serbian people on political, religious, and racial base; deportation, and forceful exodus.

THE HAGUE REQUESTS: Seselj to return by Tuesday!

In six parts, Seselj is accused of breaking the rules of war - murders, torture, cruel behavior, pillaging and destruction not justified by war, destruction of religious monuments and robbing the public property.

Prosecution office thinks that these crimes against Croats and Muslims were performed in a joint action with the goal of creating a unique Serbian state in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia - the so-called "Great Serbia".

Other people are included in the lawsuit: former president Slobodan Milosevic, generals of Yugoslavia Army Veljko Kadijevic and Blagoje Adzic, Intelligence officers Jovica Stanisic, and Franko Simatovic Frenki.

Leaders of Bosnian and Serbs in Croatia were also included, Milan Babic, Milan Martic, and Radovan Karadzic, Zeljko Raznjatovic Arkan, and others.

Allegedly, Seselj decided when these units were about to go and named their leaders, who then reported to him about the actions performed.

Seselj trial used to spike the interest in Serbia and the region, but then it stopped.

However, it is unusual how Seselj convinced the Court to be his own representative.

On the other hand, another interesting fact is that the prosecution could not find the veritable proof not after almost 13 years Seselj was in the Hague.

The trial verdict will be pronounced today.
