The phenomenon of Darko Milicic continues to intrigue Americans - that is why the television crew of ESPN arrived in Serbia to meet the other side of the former NBA player

The Americans wanted to meet Darko Milicic outside the game. They found a family man who devoted himself fruit growing, socializing with friends and with children.

They spent a week in June for that, when a five member team of ESPN and E:60 show traveled to Belgrade, then visited Ledince, Milic's orchard in the heart of Vojvodina and Vrsas, from where Darko went to NBA.

According to Darko's recommendation, ESPN visited monastery Novo Hopovi, where the monk Joanikije revealed how they spend time when the former player of the national team of Serbia comes in this sanctuary from the 13 century.

Telegraf was with ESPN on every step, and the interviewees of American TV were the wife Zorana, former coach Petar Rodic and Zeljko Lukajic, former players, Mile Ilic and Miljan Pupovic, who shared numerous anecdotes, then Darko Popivoda, boxer manager who organized famous match where Darko's fighting skills could be seen.
