Dodik stated that the reason for abandoning the sessions it that the basic conditions for it were not met because the flag of Republika Srpska couldn't be displayed.

He told the people present that Bosnia and Herzegovina is the state which is composed out of two identities, according to the constitution, and that Republika Srpska is a part of it and that the flag must be displayed.

- Bearing in mind that there are flags of BiH and FBiH in these premises, the flag of Republika Srpska should be here as well, which was confirmed by the Supreme court of BiH. Since the conditions weren't met, my presence here is not possible. I would like to greet all of you and I came for you to see that I am causing no problems. I will greet each of you and I am ready to have a conversation with everyone, anytime. I will be in the next office - Dodik said at the session of Peace Implementation Council.

Fena states that a meeting of political directors of the member states of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) is being held today in the building of the BiH Presidency in Sarajevo, in which they are considering the current situation in BiH.
