Floods all around Bosnia and Herzegovina kept the state awake. The police and federal municipalities Doboj Jug ordered the evacuation of the citizens of the suburbs Matuzici, whose homes are near the river Usora. The situation is critical in Orahovica and in Banovic Selo near Tuzla, while the river Vrbanja took away the bridge in Celnica.

The state of natural disaster has been announced in Sanski Most. According to "Dnevni avaz", around 100 members of the civil protection fought the water torrents.

To make a comparison, in 2014, when Bosnia and Herzegovina was struck by floods, river Sana went over 3.85 meters and it was critical. The river Sana passed the 4th meter yesterday. 

Sabahudin Spahovic from civil protection said that everything is under control for now, but he stressed that the situation is difficult.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION ORDERED IN DOBOJ 

The police of the federal municipality Doboj Jug ordered the evacuation of the citizens of the suburb Matuzici, whose homes are near the river Usora, due to the flooding, reports Srna from the scene.

The citizens were told to leave the homes, and the alternative accommodation is the local school in Matuzici.

At the same time, river Bosnia left its riverbed near the place Mravici, which is bordering with the city Doboj.

FLOODS IN TUZLA REGION

Although it looked like that the floods will go around the area around Tuzla, according to the information, massive rainfall already caused rivers to go out of the riverbeds, and the situation is the most critical in Orahovica and in Banovic Selo, reports tuzlanski.ba.

Abundant rainfall caused floods in Banovic Selo near Banovic, while the river Turija flooded around Orahovic in the area of Lukavac, where several residential objects were flooded, including the local ambulance and a school. 

In the area of Zavidovic, road communication towards the village Dolina and Podu is flooded.

WATER TOOK AWAY A BRIDGE 

The rising river Vrbanja destroyed the pedestrian bridge in Celinac. Emergency sirens went off after 22:00, reports RTRS.

The emergency sirens went off after midnight in the suburb Trn in the municipality Laktasi, reports ATV.
