The Republic Hydrometeorological Service (RHMZ) has issued a warning that tonight, during the night and on Friday, in northern, western, southwestern and central parts of the country, heavy precipitation is expected - from 30 to 50 millimeters in 24 hours, and in the area of central and southern Banat, Belgrade, southwestern and western Serbia locally even more.

Tonight and tomorrow, heavy rainfall of about 40 milliliters per square meter in 24 hours is expected in the area of Belgrade, in some parts of the city even more.

The red alert, which means very dangerous weather, is in force for western Serbia, and the orange for Belgrade, Banat, Sumadija and the southwest of the country.

In southern Banat, a stormy southeasterly wind will blow from 20 to 25 meters per second.
